private private2025-05-21I own an older Coast Spa. 2002 (23 years old) I do not live in Winnipeg. I was having an issue with the tub not coming on automatically when it was calling for heat. Trevor and his technician Andrew called me and I explained the things I had checked for. They carried me through some trouble shooting items and got my hot tub working properly again. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. Not only are coast spas high quality tubs as you can see I have had mine for 23 years, but LCL go above expectations to help coast spas clients Thank you Trevor and Andrew.

Waking up to watch the sunrise every morning can be chilly in our climate. I can now jump in the tub to watch each beautiful sunrise from this glorious new lounger. Big thanks to Arvilla, Jay and the awesome delivery team for their world class customer service and care. I would highly recommend this team and their showroom to learn what you and your family want in a backyard upgrade! They are the best in my opinion. I had to share my new joy to help local Manitobans get their hot tub education in a one stop shop!

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you purchase the right tub for your needs. They are knowledgeable and friendly and you are treated with kindness every time u visit. I would 100 percent recommend anyone thinking of buying a tub to visiting LCL Spas and have a look around.

My hot tub is out in Matlock and they were so helpful coordinating a service call out and sending additional products with the service call that I was able to pay for over the phone. Special shout out to Deja who was so nice to work with. Friendly and very knowledgeable!

David Korstrom2024-06-27We purchased a Coast Hot tub a couple years back and we received outstanding service. We wanted a made in Canada product too for obvious reasons of quality and service. We received our second hot tub from LCL for different residence and once again they didn’t disappoint us, outstanding service and product. I can’t tell you not to buy a cheap off shore product but I would suggest to giving LCL Spas a call. Cheer’s.. Happy Hot Tubbin’
