The service here is outstanding! Never have we dealt with a company who stands behind their product as much as LCL spas does. We had an issue with our hot tub and they went above and beyond to help us. It was such a relief to deal with a company who cared as much as we did about it. Even though we purchased it almost 5 years ago, they treated us like we had just bought it. Thank you for helping in such a stressful situation!

 

WELCOME TO PARADISE!!!! My new LCL spa hot tub is soooooooo amazing. I focus my life around light water and magnetism. Waking up to watch the sunrise every morning can be chilly in our climate. I can now jump in the tub to watch each beautiful sunrise from this glorious new lounger.
Big thanks to Arvilla, Jay and the awesome delivery team for their world class customer service and care. I would highly recommend this team and their showroom to learn what you and your family want in a backyard upgrade! They are the best in my opinion.

Recently purchased a hot tub – Arvilla and her team have been great throughout the process. From the sales process through delivery and spa school everything has been well organized and gone according to plan. The hot tub works great and has had no issues.

 

Purchased my hottub in 2022 and have loved every minute of it. The tub works great and has extremly powerful jets that relieve any muscle tightness. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you purchase the right tub for your needs. They are knowledgeable and friendly and you are treated with kindness every time u visit. I would 100 percent recommend anyone thinking of buying a tub to visiting LCL Spas and have a look around.

 

LCL spas has the friendliest and most helpful staff. My hot tub is out in Matlock and they were so helpful coordinating a service call out and sending additional products with the service call that I was able to pay for over the phone. Special shout out to Deja who was so nice to work with. Friendly and very knowledgeable!

 

Into our 2nd week enjoying our Coast Spas tub. This is our first time owning a tub….very happy with the experience with LCL, from no-pressure sales and answering all our questions to the crew setting up on delivery day (on time, prompt, and tidy). We purchased a Coast Hot tub a couple years back and we received outstanding service. We wanted a made in Canada product too for obvious reasons of quality and service. We received our second hot tub from LCL for different residence and once again they didn’t disappoint us, outstanding service and product. I can’t tell you not to buy a cheap off shore product but I would suggest to giving LCL Spas a call.

My family and I are now celebrating our Coast Hot Tub’s 15 birthday! We purchased our hot-tub from LCL spas 15 years ago, and continue to go there for all our hot-tub supplies and upkeep. The tub is of excellent quality, and keeps on keeping on, with only a minor repair or two needed over the last decade and a half of constant, all year round, outdoor use. We love the hot-tub which we use almost every day along with the great service we get every time we go in the door at LCL. During the worst of COVID, when supply chain issues were a feature not a bug, Jay and the LCL team worked overtime to keep us in supplies, and to find a suitable replacement lid. Very good product, great service equals five stars!

 

A few years ago, we were looking to purchase good quality outdoor furniture and we were fortunate to find LCL Spas. We have just recently and in the past purchased furniture for our new deck from LCL. Arvilla has been amazing to work with and always provides exceptional service. She helped us select furniture that looks great, is comfortable, and works in our new space! We are repeat customers and do not even think of shopping anywhere else. Thank you LCL!
