Just thought I would pass along a little positive feedback. Our friends Sue and Colin just purchased a hot tub from LCL ( I believe it was Eric that they dealt with) and are expecting to get it at the beginning of June. I saw them about 1 week ago at our daughter’s birthday party and they were so pleased with you guys. They did a lot of looking around to see what other stores had to offer, and ended up coming back to you because not only did they love the tub but also because they felt the customer service was top notch!. We have referred LCL to many friends & coworkers and have always been confident that once people shop around and spend time at LCL that they will come back to LCL for their purchase.
